Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This notice and the options below apply only to California residents.
If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) grants you specific rights regarding your Personal Information. At flipd beauty, we respect your privacy and are committed to empowering you to exercise these rights.
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
Access and Deletion
You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we’ve collected about you and to request its deletion, when possible.
Know What’s Collected and Shared
You have the right to know what types of Personal Information we collect, how we use it, the purposes behind its use, the sources we obtain it from, and the third parties we share it with.
Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
You can opt out of the “sale” of your Personal Information as defined under the CCPA.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. However, please note that exercising these rights may affect certain features, benefits, or services, such as receiving personalized offers or maintaining your access to warranties tied to specific products or services.
Our Practices
At flipd, we do not sell your Personal Information in exchange for money. However, like many companies, we may share certain information (such as browsing data or online identifiers) with partners to provide personalized advertising. Under the CCPA, some of these practices may be considered a “sale.”
To request that flipd may not “sell” your Personal Information, please email us at info@flipdbeauty. Please note, some transfers of your Personal Information may not be considered “sales” and certain exemptions may apply under the CCPA. Your selection does not affect other sharing of your information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You will still see some advertising, regardless of your selection. Your selection is saved to this browser, on this device.
If you have any questions you may contact us at info@flipdbeauty.com.
More information about your privacy choices In addition to California residents’ ability to request that flipd not “sell” your Personal Information, there are a number of tools and methods that any user — regardless of location —may use to opt out of having your online activity and device data collected by third parties, which we have summarized below. We hope you find this information to be a helpful reference. Please note that using these tools to opt out of tracking and targeting does not mean that you will not receive advertising while using our Services or on other websites, nor will it prevent the receipt of interest-based advertising from third parties that do not participate in these programs. It will exclude you, however, from interest-based advertising conducted through participating networks and platforms, as provided by their policies and choice mechanisms.
